Our commitment to precision is reflected in every hot tub we design, driven by a passion for innovation and a deep appreciation for cutting-edge technology.

6-Stage Filtration System

The 6-Stage Filtration System delivers exceptional water clarity and dependable cleanliness. Its compact, high-efficiency design operates continuously to help maintain clear, refreshed water for extended periods.

IR + Red Light Therapy

A deep calming wellness experience that blends the power of hydrotherapy with the gentle warmth of infrared and the restorative benefits of red light therapy. Working together beneath the surface, these therapies help ease tension, promote relaxation, and leave you feeling refreshed from head to toe.

True™ Water

True™ technology produces oxygen-rich nanobubbles so small they’re thousands of times finer than a grain of sand. These ultra-fine bubbles move quietly through the water, helping to lift and break down microscopic impurities throughout the entire spa for cleaner, clearer, and more balanced water.

Personalized User Profiles

Make every soak your own with customizable user profiles designed to remember your preferred settings. From water temperature and jet intensity to lighting and filtration schedules, your ideal spa experience is saved and ready whenever you are. Each user can enjoy tailored comfort with one touch.

PowerPro® VX Jets

Designed to deliver a powerful, focused massage exactly where your body needs it most. Engineered for precision and performance, these advanced jets combine deep-tissue pressure with smooth, adjustable flow to help relieve muscle tension and promote full-body relaxation.

SmartTub® System

Take full control of your hot tub experience. Designed for convenience and peace of mind, it lets you monitor and manage your spa anytime, anywhere from your smartphone. Adjust temperature, set schedules, track energy usage, and receive real-time maintenance alerts—all in one easy-to-use app.

Hear What Our Clients Say About Their Experience

The people here are very helpful and work hard to solve your spa problems. I didn’t even buy my tub here and they give me much better assistance than the store I bought with. I will buy my next spa here.

Don S.

Multiple calls to NW Spas over 10+ years. Always helpful, always timely. Their service guy helped me diagnose my snow plow issues!! Their parts dept. has a good inventory in store. Highly recommended!

Jim M.

Greg was super helpful from the beginning until the delivery. He is not a pushy salesman and he has an extreme amount of knowledge.. I would definitely do business with Northwest spa and pool again
